How does the app work?
The app operates in two straightforward ways: become a host by renting out your driveway or parking spots, or use the Xtraspots app to effortlessly find and reserve your exclusive parking spot in advance. Plus, you have the flexibility to do both if you wish.
How do I reserve a spot with Xtraspots?
A: Simply select the spot closest to your destination for the needed parking time.  Once selected click on "Reservation".  At that point your spot is reserved.
Can I change to my reservation?
Absolutely, up to 15 minutes before the scheduled starting time! You have the flexibility to modify your reservation before the scheduled parking time. Simply navigate to "Reservations," switch to "Upcoming," and locate the spot you wish to change.
What’s your driver cancellation policy?
At Xtraspots, our cancellation policy is crafted with care to safeguard both hosts and drivers. As a driver, you're free to cancel any parking reservation and receive a full refund up to 30 minutes before the scheduled start time. If cancellation occurs within 30 minutes of the appointment start time, a 25% fee is applied to compensate the host, ensuring a fair and convenient experience for everyone involved. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Can I extend my reservation?
Absolutely! To extend your reservation, simply go to "Reservations," locate your current reservation, and adjust the time accordingly. However, please be aware that extension may not be possible if there are no available time slots following your current reservation.
What is an Xtraspots partnership spot?
Our "Partnership" refers to a collaboration with commercial parking lots not owned by Xtraspots. Through this arrangement, we are able to provide our Xtraspots members with exclusive discounts. To benefit from these discounts, simply present the coupon during checkout at the parking lot, and enjoy your exclusive Xtraspots discount.
