How do I reserve a spot

Can I extend my reservation
- Absolutely! To extend your reservation, simply navigate to the 'Reservations' section. Locate the spot where you've parked, and from there, you can extend the parking time. It's important to note that if there is no available time slot following your current reservation for that particular spot, extension may not be possible
Can I cancel my reservation
- At Xtraspots, our cancellation policy is crafted with care to safeguard both hosts and drivers. As a driver, you're free to cancel any parking reservation and receive a full refund up to 30 minutes before the scheduled start time. If cancellation occurs within 30 minutes of the appointment start time, a 25% fee is applied to compensate the host, ensuring a fair and convenient experience for everyone involved. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
What is a partnership spot
- A partnership spot refers to a parking lot not owned by Xtraspots, but where we have a special arrangement. By presenting the provided coupon during checkout, you can enjoy a discount on your parking fees at these partnered locations.

- We hope every time you park, using the app, is safe and comfortable. Parking Spots need to meet certain requirements to help ensure a safe experience for everyone. - We are sorry to hear about this. We take allegations of discrimination seriously. Please share details of what happened. Make sure to include the details of the reservation.
The spot did not match the profile in the app
- For every parking trip, your Xtraspots app helps you recognize the driveway, spot, or lot you are parking in. After your parking request is accepted, your app displays you’re a picture of the spot and the appropriate address information

- Left a review for the host.
