Parking Spot Requirements

  • Each rented parking spot must be designed to accommodate a single vehicle only. It is essential that each spot is easily accessible, allowing for straightforward entry and exit without the need to move other vehicles. In addition, to promote inclusivity and accessibility, it is encouraged that all parking spots that can accommodate wheelchairs are designated wheelchair accessible.
  • Wheelchair accessible parking spaces must be a minimum of 96 inches (8 feet) wide, with an adjacent access aisle of at least 60 inches wide. For van-accessible spaces, the access aisle width should be at least 96 inches.  The surface of accessible parking spaces and access aisles should be firm, stable, and slip-resistant. It should also be reasonably level.  There should be no obstacles such as curbs or stairs between the parking space and the accessible entrance. This includes ensuring there are no barriers or obstacles preventing a person using a wheelchair from comfortably accessing and using the designated parking space.

Multiple Spots to Rent

My driveway can park multiple cars.  Can I rent more than one spot?
  • Absolutely! You can rent multiple parking spots in your driveway using the 'create spot' system. Simply click on the '+' symbol next to the spot number to add additional spots. It is crucial to ensure that each parking spot allows for easy entry and exit without requiring the movement of other cars.
